The Freedom Fund is seeking a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager for Individual Philanthropy to provide financial services to work collaboratively with colleagues across the U.S. and U.K. to build and steward a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and help shape the broader strategic partnerships strategy. This is a strategic, high-autonomy role with responsibility for building and managing a global portfolio of individual donors and prospects, guiding them through all stages of the donor lifecycle – from identification and cultivation to solicitation and stewardship.

The Freedom Fund is seeking a Managing Director, External Relations to lead high performing Strategic Partnerships and Communications teams across the London and New York offices to advance the Freedom Fund’s global fundraising strategy, targeting governments, foundations, multilaterals, ultra-high net worth individuals, corporates and academic institutions internationally. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating and stewarding high value relationships across sectors and geographies, and of leading a professional fundraising, grant management, events and communications operation.

The Freedom Fund invites qualified individuals, research organisations or consortia to submit proposals to design and implement two realist evaluations of a multi-year program to prevent the exploitation of a) child domestic workers and b) migrant domestic workers in Ethiopia.
