“Fighting impunity, funding justice: Investing in strategic litigation to combat modern slavery” presents some of the most promising investment strategies available to donors excited about the prospects for genuine and lasting change offered by strategic litigation in the anti-slavery space.
The report draws on insights gleaned at a convening of representatives from some of the world’s leading funds working to combat modern slavery. The meeting, held in New York in May 2016, focussed on identifying strategic responses to modern slavery as well as potential avenues for action.
