Kanem Care and Support Initiative is a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to advocating for and empowering vulnerable children and women in underserved communities. Through education, vocational training, and protection from exploitative labor and gender-based violence, Kanem work to create safer, more equitable futures.
Kanem’s efforts focus on expanding access to literacy and education and protecting the rights of young girls and young mothers. They also deliver transformative skill-building programs that equip girls and mothers with the tools to lead independent, dignified lives.
