Sr. Yemisrach TVET is a private technical and vocational training centre located in Bole sub city in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Since 2016, they have been providing short-term training programs in:
- Hospitality operations/housekeeping
- Food and beverage services
- Caregiving (children and adult care)
These programs target unemployed women and potential migrants. Notably, 98% of graduates from the Thrive Project, a Freedom Fund initiative supporting former domestic migrant workers in the Middle East, secured job placements through Sr. Yemisrach TVET’s program. These graduates, survivors of trafficking, gained employment opportunities in high-level organizations, particularly within the hospitality sector in Addis Ababa.
