Jocelyn Perry joined the Freedom Fund in January 2026 as the External Relations Admin Officer, based in the New York office.
Prior to joining the Freedom Fund, worked at DT Global in the Program Management Unit, where she specialized in U.S. Government-funded contracts and oversaw the South Sudan portfolio. She also served as a Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion champion in proposal development. Previously, she was a Strategic Partnerships and Grants Associate at Asante Africa Foundation.
Jocelyn holds a Bachelor’s degree in international relations from Boston University and served in the Peace Corps as a secondary school math teacher in Tanzania from 2018 to 2020.
