Lauren Morling joined the Freedom Fund in November 2024 as the Strategic Partnerships Manager based in the London office.
Having started her career in the International Institutions and Donor Assurance team of the audit firm BDO, Lauren has gone on to work in grant and project management roles in various humanitarian and human rights-centred organisations, with specific emphasis on the rights of children, women and refugees in particular. Her most recent position was at the International Rescue Committee (IRC), where she managed a portfolio of projects across West Africa funded by European institutional donors, including FCDO, NORAD, AFD, CDCS and SDC.
Lauren has a Bachelor’s degree (BA Hons.) in history and French from the University of York and a Master’s degree (MSc) in international development from the University of Edinburgh.
