Pauline oversees the Freedom Fund’s Asia portfolio, managing hotspot programs in Bangladesh, Indonesia, and Nepal.
Previously, she served as Country Director for the Jesuit Refugee Service (JRS) in Thailand, leading programs for migrant workers, refugees, and immigration detainees. Her work with JRS also includes three years in Malawi, where she managed education and psychosocial support programs in Dzaleka refugee camp.
Pauline holds a Master of Research in European Public Policy from Birkbeck, University of London. Her background also includes research and policy roles in the UK, with a strong emphasis on migration policy.
