Tammi Ling is the Chief Operational Risk Officer and Global Head of Non-Financial Risk Frameworks at Morgan Stanley. She has held senior leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, Capital One, and Oliver Wyman, with a focus on strengthening risk management, governance, and resilience across global organizations.
Tammi also serves as Board Chair of Upwardly Global, a nonprofit dedicated to eliminating employment barriers for work-authorized immigrant, refugee, and asylee professionals in the United States. She works closely with the organization’s leadership on strategy, growth, and stewardship, helping expand its reach and impact.
Tammi brings to the Freedom Fund deep expertise in risk oversight, governance, and organizational leadership, together with a longstanding commitment to expanding opportunity and advancing meaningful social impact.
