The Organizational Capacity Assessment Tool (OCAT) is a self-reflection exercise that helps grassroots organizations build resilience through tailored interventions.

The OCAT facilitates the engagement of partner staff in building organisational capacity and resilience. This process is implemented at 18-month intervals with hotspot partners. Initiatives identified by organisations are supported with a small grant.
