Art Prapha joined the Freedom Fund as Senior Program Manager, Corporate Accountability in 2022. He oversees the corporate accountability global initiative to invest in cutting-edge accountability-based programs designed to shift corporate behaviour as a driver of forced labour across all sectors of the global economy.
Previously, Art spent eight years working at Oxfam America and Oxfam in Asia as Senior Advisor (Campaigns & Advocacy) and Private Sector Advisor. In his recent role, Art co-led Oxfam’s global Supermarket Campaign, Behind the Barcodes, to influence the world’s largest food retailers and companies to tackle inequality and human rights violations in their global supply chains. His policy expertise includes labour rights, gender justice, supply chain transparency and the adoption of human rights due diligence in corporate supply chains.
Art is a New Zealand-trained Chartered Accountant. He holds a master’s degree in international development from the London School of Economics (LSE). Currently, Art is pursuing an Executive MBA at Judge Business School, Cambridge University.
