Rosie Urbanovich joined the Freedom Fund in 2022 as Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager based in London. Rosie is responsible for relationship and grant management for the Freedom Fund’s European donors, which includes family and corporate foundations.
Over the last twelve years Rosie has worked in both fundraising and communications roles within a diverse range of sectors including labour rights, disability, healthcare, and sustainability. She has worked with funders spanning Europe, North America and Australia, and has provided fundraising consulting services for global NGOs and nonprofit organizations.
Rosie has an MA in contemporary global ethics from King’s College London and a BA in communications and English literature from Chapman University in California. Alongside her fundraising and communications career, Rosie works as a lecturer and instructor of ethics and impact, applying ethical theory to global issues such as poverty, inequality, animal welfare, and the climate crisis.
