Tamar Arenson joined the Freedom Fund in July 2023 as the Strategic Partnerships Manager based in the New York office.
A lifelong advocate, Tamar has worked in a number of fundraising and advocacy roles across the field of anti-trafficking policy and international development at Everfree, World Without Exploitation, Gabriel Project Mumbai, and the One Campaign. Tamar also served as a guest lecturer at The New School, in the Global and Adolescent Mental Health course, and as a speaker at the World Without Exploitation Youth Summit.
Tamar has a Bachelor’s degree (BA) in political science and international relations from Tulane University and a Master’s (MA) in international development with a focus on gender from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
